Shipping policy

We ship across Canada! Most orders are made to order and ship within 3–6 business days.

Standard shipping is $11.99 across Canada, with free shipping on orders over $125. Delivery time varies by destination and begins once your order has shipped.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pebbles & Pine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Occasionally, production may take a little longer due to product availability or supplier delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Custom orders have a 7–10 business day turnaround after mockup approval.

Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping.
