SHIPPING CANADA WIDE
We ship across Canada! Most orders are made to order and ship within 3–6 business days.
Standard shipping is $11.99 across Canada, with free shipping on orders over $125. Delivery time varies by destination and begins once your order has shipped.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pebbles & Pine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Occasionally, production may take a little longer due to product availability, supplier delays or peak season. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Custom orders have a 7–10 business day turnaround after mockup approval.
Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
Contactless local pickup in London, Ontario is available for eligible custom orders. Pickup details are provided once your order is ready.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because our apparel and merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or ordering errors. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email hello@pebblesandpine.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
Custom orders are final sale. Please carefully review and approve all sizing, colours, spelling and design details before your order is submitted.
