We ship across Canada! All items are made to order and not kept in stock. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made before it is ready to ship.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping across Canada.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pebbles & Pine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

LOCAL PICKUP
Contactless pickup is in Lambeth Ontario (Southwest London). You will receive pickup instructions when order is ready, typically between 7-10 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and offer you high quality merchandise and customer service. If you have any issues with your products, please contact us immediately so we can best rectify this situation. We do not accept returns on custom orders, please make sure to consult our sizing guide before ordering. Please make sure your names and addresses are spelled correctly before placing your order. If your item is received damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately with no charge.
